Tasks

-Collaborate with IT team members on ongoing technology projects, including system upgrades and software implementations. -Help ensure IT operations comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements. -Assist in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations. -Build a strong professional foundation in a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking work environment. -Contribute to end-user support by addressing helpdesk tickets and resolving technical issues promptly and professionally. -Develop crucial skills in IT support, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project coordination within a leading company. -Participate in the deployment and configuration of hardware, software, and network solutions across the organisation. -Engage in technology training sessions and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements relevant to real estate IT. -Assist with routine system monitoring, data backups, and documentation of IT processes and standards. -Support IT security initiatives, including basic risk assessments and user awareness activities.

What You Bring

-Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. -Eligibility to participate in the Tamheer Programme (as per HRDF regulations). -Basic knowledge of IT systems, including Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and office productivity tools. -Familiarity with cloud solutions, basic cybersecurity concepts, or enterprise software such as Microsoft 365. -Effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in a team-focused environment. -Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. -Willingness to participate in both independent tasks and collaborative projects, demonstrating initiative and curiosity. -Previous internship or academic project experience in an IT or technology support role is considered a plus.
