-Ensure all recruitment practices align with company policies, DEI principles, and local labor laws. -Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships with institutes/vendors. -Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hires within set timelines. -Maintain and update recruitment metrics and dashboards to track hiring effectiveness. -Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding. -Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. -Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for operational and corporate roles.
