Manage and distribute spare parts inventory, maintain records, and support technicians.

Tasks

-Prepares and audits spare parts requisitions for purchase -Controls access to the spare parts crib -Issues spare parts to technicians upon request -Assigns work order numbers to spare parts requisitions -Keeps inventory and all related records organized and orderly for ease of retrieval -Keep daily reporting current with status of spare parts -Ensures spare parts inventory is received, maintained and distributed according to specified procedures -Maintains professional and courteous customer relationships with client, vendor, and internal team

What You Bring

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. -Knowledge of maintenance-related parts preferred -High school diploma / equivalent or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience -Must have a valid Virginia Driver license or North Carolina Driver license (if North Carolina resident) -Previous storeroom experience -Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Outlook, Database management) -Must be able to stand, bend, at the waist and knees and climb for most of the shift
