Tasks

-Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. -Manage sales funnel in Concentric’s CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). -Provide the company with market feedback including competitors’ pricing, products, and programs. -Perform site walks for industrial facilities following Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requirements. -Focus on selling new and used equipment, service programs, repairs, and maintenance contracts, if applicable. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. -Build and maintain a satisfied and profitable customer base while meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals. -Establish, manage, and grow key relationships. -Management of expenses compared to annual gross profit generation. -Provide timely sales and expense reports.

What You Bring

-2+ years sales experience. -Must pass a background check and drug screen. -Highly organized and detail oriented. -Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds across locations and departments. -Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record for the past 3 years. -Possess the ability to deliver a solution based selling strategy. -Ability to create quotes. -Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. -Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. -Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment. -Knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus. -Successful track record in a sales role. -Ability to organize work and work independently, with limited supervision. -Willingness for daily travel, with occasional overnight travel required up to 10%. -Ability to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs. -Ability to prioritize and stay focused while handling multiple accounts. -Be curious and motivated to learn the industry and market strategy. -Reliable attendance and punctuality. -Must be professional in interactions with customers. -Experience with similar products and services preferred. -Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
