Partner with Finance process owners to drive critical process improvements and automation in Finance and across other functional areas, including assessment of pain points, gaps, and interdependencies, and design and implementation of future state solutions
Collaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment, and maintenance of process best practices and documentation
Establish and promote a continuous process improvement mindset and practices through KPI/metric target-setting and monitoring, process mining, and enablement training
Leverage industry-leading process improvement methodologies to develop process mapping, assess and reengineer frameworks, and provide toolkits for Finance process owners, including process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities, and gap analysis reports

Minimum 7+ years' experience leading process improvement methodologies, with experience in Finance preferred
Knowledge of and experience developing and implementing Lean (continuous improvement, operational excellence) practices and approaches
Ability to effectively manage and facilitate Lean concepts with business partners
Excellent problem-solving, detail-oriented, and innovative skills
Active listening skills and effective communication, including openness to diverse input and feedback
