What You Bring

As a Senior Designer, you will lead the design process across multiple healthcare projects, from concept through implementation. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, guide client presentations, and influence design strategy at a high level. This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal skills. -Deep knowledge of building systems, materials, codes, and sustainability principles. -15+ years of experience, with a strong portfolio in healthcare design. -Architectural registration strongly preferred. -Strong graphic and presentation skills using Adobe Creative Suite. -Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. -Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Twinmotion). -Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality design solutions.
