The Role

Overview

Lead delivery of end‑of‑trip and workplace fit‑out projects across Australia.

Tasks

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tier 1 builders, consultants, and supply partners. -Deliver a wide range of projects, including: Custom workplace storage and locker systems with integrated power and charging points. Projects across premium office fitouts, redevelopments, and sustainable commuting initiatives. State-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities with bike parking, lockers, showers, and change rooms. -Influence delivery standards and implement processes that make a lasting impact. -Lead, coach, and develop the Delivery team to consistently achieve outstanding results. -Refine delivery processes, tools, and documentation for efficiency and repeatability. -Lead the continued transition to outsourced manufacturing and third-party logistics. -Lead landmark projects that redefine end-of-trip spaces and modern workplace environments. -Oversee shop drawings to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance with program requirements. -Monitor cost performance, variations, and progress claims to maintain profitability and financial accuracy. -Translate project pipeline forecasts into actionable delivery plans, resource allocations, and project setups. -Review and negotiate contracts to ensure scope, timelines, and risk are clearly defined. -Establish sequences for design, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities to ensure smooth delivery. -Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team and partners. -Support integration of ERP and project-management systems to improve visibility, reporting, and efficiency.

What You Bring

-Deep understanding of shop drawing processes and design coordination. -Proven ability to manage cost, program, and commercial performance. -Experience engaging with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders on complex projects. -Extensive project management or delivery leadership within construction or fit out, ideally with joinery experience. -Skilled communicator with experience leading small teams and external delivery partners. -Strong capability in contract setup, sequencing, and managing delivery risk.

Benefits

-Work with a collaborative, high-performing team that values curiosity, accountability, and a can-do mindset. -Salary package of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and seniority.
