Overview

Operate and maintain concrete production machinery.

Tasks

-Assist in maintaining accurate production flow and reporting -Detect and report any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Supervisor -Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and other functions associated with product changes -Inspect the quality of products according to standards, and adjust settings as necessary -Execute Daily and Business fundamentals -Operate and maintain concrete handling (Masa) equipment safely and efficiently

What You Bring

-Able to perform job tasks in dusty, hot and/or cold working conditions -Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred -Must wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes,high visibility vest or shirt and protective glasses. -Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 lbs., extended standing, walking, sitting, bending, climbing, working inside and outside, and use of fall protection equipment -Requires pre-employment drug screening and background check -Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions -High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience -At least 2 years of experience operating similar equipment -Willing and able to cross-train on other aspects of the production process
