Overview

Provide administrative support to property management, liaison with boards and homeowners.

Tasks

-Maintain unit and contract files relating to the operations of the Association. -Monitor client delinquency rates and collections process for community portfolios -Responsible for management of data base maintenance, including updating resident information -Acts as or oversee the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners -Responsible for oversight to routine and special projects -Oversee the administration of the Association in accordance with management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures. -Perform/Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or GED required. -At least one year of directly related or closely related experience. -Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting. -Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, et) at a proficient level. -Able to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level. -Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook,) at a proficient level. -Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines. -Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, for example community managers, vendors, peers, clients. -Professional customer service and communication skills.
