-Ensure the team are operating efficiently -Provide technical expertise whilst championing health and safety requirements -Drive growth and performance within the department -Supervise the delivery of major projects -Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction -Secure sales and ensure profit targets are met -Adopt a flexible working pattern to respond to and meet operational requirements -Play a pivotal role within the height safety team -Take a key role in technical compliance -Work well under pressure and efficiently drive site teams to meet deadlines and high safety and quality standards. -Generate new leads in the Company’s height safety offering

What You Bring

-Be comfortable adopting a ‘hands-on’ approach with the ability to command respect from colleagues. -Subject knowledge of the relevant standards (BS7883, BS EN 795). -Travel extensively with willingness to stay away from home as required -Have a proven track record of estimating and project management with an ability to communicate professionally at all levels, ensuring operational excellence. -Have experience in the height safety / fall protection industry. -Thrive on problem-solving and display excellent organisational skills
