Tasks

-Stay informed of the surrounding market, community amenities and floor plan available -Assist management with resident relations. -Maintain daily and weekly leasing reports. -Set leasing and marketing strategy. -Complete applications and lease/renewal documents -Analyze market trends and shop competition to identify changing market conditions. -Walk unit and ensure that apartment is move-in ready. -Take responsibility for curb appeal and leasing of the community. -Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects.
