The Role
Overview
Provide administrative support, document control, and coordination for project teams.

Tasks
-Be a motivated team player that can work independently as needed, ensuring execution of timely and highquality work products -Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed -Create and maintain paper and electronic files -Build relationships with peers across other business groups to foster best practices for the team -Work closely with Project Managers and project teams across multiple sectors (Power, Waste, Industrial markets) -Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management -Assist with the development of documents and providing information and support for project reviews as it pertains to the various phases of the project lifecycle in alignment with our Quality Management System (QMS) requirements -Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations as needed -Assist in the preparation, updating and organization of contracts and subcontracts -Assist in the process of ordering and monitoring insurance certificates and other contractual documents, as needed

What You Bring
-Bachelor's degree -Demonstrate the ability to think critically and independently to problem solve -3 or more years of related experience -Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence and have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) -Demonstrate an employeeownership spirit with providing solutions to internal stakeholders -Exhibit professionalism with internal and external clients
