Tasks

-Lead on-site installation, debugging, and commissioning of automation equipment; validate robot paths, sensors, and tooling for performance and accuracy. -Design, develop, and integrate robotic systems (SCARA, 6-axis, cobots) into FATP and electronic/appliance production lines in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams. -Provide technical support, conduct testing and validation, and maintain documentation including SOPs, robot backups, and maintenance procedures. -Analyze manual processes and implement automation solutions to improve yield, takt time, and throughput using SPC and OEE tracking. -Program and optimize ABB robots using RAPID; integrate vision systems (Cognex, Keyence) and PLCs for seamless automation.

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel up to 75% for on-site project execution and customer support -Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, communication, and technical presentations -2–3 years of hands-on experience in ABB robotics and industrial automation projects -Proficient in Robot Studio, RAPID programming, and PLC systems integration -Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field)
