-Enable the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client gets best value from works undertaken -Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership -Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication -Proactively lead all commercial risk management efforts -Provide expert procurement, commercial and contract support through the pre-construction and construction stages of the project -Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
