What You Bring

-Qualified Silver Commander with experience as working as a Duty Governor/Director -Proven leadership experience within custodial, detention or secure setting. -Level 6 qualification (degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. -Knowledge of commercial and contract compliance. -Experience managing large teams including supervising first-line managers. -Budget management skills, with a focus on controlling costs and delivering value.
