Tasks
-Construction Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and building codes. -Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review construction documents, technical specifications, and ensure adherence to office standards, codes and regulations. -Team Coordination: Collaborate with our architectural / interior design and consultant teams to achieve coordinated design solutions and ensure adherence to project design goals, timelines, and budgets. -Project Leadership: Contribute to all phases of architectural projects, including quality control and constructability reviews of design development / construction documents, and the lead role of project construction administration services. -Project Leadership: Oversee all design phases of architectural projects, including design development and construction documentation. -Regulatory Compliance: Review construction documents, technical specifications and construction phase submittals to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards. -Team Coordination: Integrate with our in-office and consultant design teams, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets. -Maintain the project BIM model during the construction phase as needed to provide as-built documentation. -Client Collaboration: Interface with clients and consultants during the construction phase to provide design team leadership. -Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to determine project objectives and requirements, providing professional guidance throughout the design process. -Design Development: Produce detailed architectural designs and plans utilizing Revit.

We are seeking seasoned Construction Administration Professionals to join our dynamic architectural and interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be a complimentary addition to our construction administration team ensuring that designs are executed in accordance with the contract documents and our client’s requirements. PROJECT ARCHITECT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS PROJECT ARCHITECT PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking seasoned Project Architects with 5-10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a complimentary addition to our design team, and capable of immediately playing an integral role in projects from schematic design through construction documentation. Experience with healthcare design projects and regulations is preferred. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION PROFESSIONAL BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -Experience working with collaborative project teams and managing client relationships. -Strong understanding of building codes and commercial construction methods. -Strong understanding of building codes and commercial construction processes. -Demonstrated ability in leading construction phase design services. -Excellent communication and organizational skills. -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Proficiency with business software tools such as Excel, MS Project, and other similar programs. -A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in construction documentation and contract administration. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution. -Experience with writing specifications. -College degree in architecture, engineering, or building construction related field. -Experience with healthcare design phase services. -Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit. -Experience with business development, marketing and networking. -Architectural education from an accredited institution with a degree required for potential licensure. -Proficiency in Revit, and Construction Administration software platforms. -Experience with healthcare design and construction. -Significant experience with 3D rendering software and other digital design tools. -Willingness to travel as needed for construction phase services; requests for overnight travel are rare. -Licensure as a Registered Architect in at least one state.
