What You Bring

-Broad construction industry experience covering many and various sectors and markets in commercial positions with industry main contracting organisations -Strategy – Can disseminate a breadth of internal and external data and apply sound judgement regarding the strategic direction of the business -be a recognised Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness with a focus on profit and cash -Large scale major project experience / Construction Management experience -have experience managing a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and management of subcontract works packages through to final account. -have prior experience with CM projects -You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or a related subject
