Perform as a project manager on DOT and local agency bridge design projects
Play a key role in the growth, leadership, and development of the Missouri Structural team
Prepare proposals and funding applications
Prepare scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for assignments
Review complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance
Apply extensive knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of bridge and transportation structures design
Assist senior management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor
Establish and maintain relationships with DOT and local agency clients, assisting with business development for the Structural Engineering service line

Experience with project management and accounting software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work individually or as part of a team
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Structural emphasis is helpful
Work on major projects or several major projects of moderate scope with complex features
12+ years of Structural Engineering experience with an emphasis on bridge design projects
Exceptional organization skills
