Tasks

-Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats. -Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps. -Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions. -Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations. -Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment. -Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. -Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity. -Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

What You Bring

-NATE certification or equivalent. -Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -EPA 608 certification (required). -Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment. -High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred. -Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. -Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites. -Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms. -Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components. -Strong communication and customer service abilities. -4+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role.
