Tasks

-translating the electrical requirements for the development team to implement. -documenting calculations for new components and features. -providing expert knowledge across our teams when required. -maintain an expert level of calculation knowledge. -actively participating in designing electrical systems. -validating and testing calculations where required.

What You Bring

-Strong communication, interpersonal, team working and organisational skills. -A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable industry experience. -Good analytical problem solving skills -comfortable performing hand calculations. -Proven experience of 3+ years in electrical engineering -Chartered Engineer -Working under ISO 9001/TickIT Quality System or similar. -Experience of working with CAD products such as Revit -Experience of working in a multinational company. -Strong knowledge of LV and HV Electrical calculations, e.g. IEC 60909, BS7671, IEC 60364 etc. -Expertise in the Building Services industry in particular electrical software applications. -Knowledge and experience of Electrical Software Products -Able to escalate and propose solutions -Able to conduct hand calculations for implementation. -Excellent writing skills. -Knowledge & Understanding of European regulations such as NEN1010, VDE0100 etc.
