Assistant Development Manager - Apartments

Assist all phases of residential development from feasibility to construction and settlement.

Tasks

-Support the full development lifecycle including feasibility, planning, design coordination, and construction delivery -Assist with site progress tracking, design issue resolution, and contract administration during delivery -Assist with preparing DAs, tracking authority approvals, and managing planning portal submissions -Monitor budgets, programs, and cost reports in collaboration with senior development managers -Contribute to signature projects in Sydney’s most desirable inner-city locations -Liaise with consultants, contractors, councils, and service authorities to keep project timelines and deliverables on track -Coordinate marketing and sales documentation, purchaser requests, and settlement-related tasks -Prepare internal reports and documentation to support board updates and key decision-making

-Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities -Strong communicator who thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced environment -Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering, or a related field -Gain hands-on experience across both front-end and delivery phases -Minimum 12 months' experience in an Assistant Development Manager role -Exposure to either or both front-end financial analysis and construction delivery phases
