Tasks

-Travel to various BKF offices -Assist with performance review processes and tracking employee development plans -Support HR initiatives and programs, including employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness programs -Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards -Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all new employees -Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits -Assist in the full lifecycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews -Help prepare and maintain HR documentation, including job descriptions and employee handbooks

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred -Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws -Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role
