-System Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all commercial roofing systems (e.g., built-up, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC) and manufacturers to provide well-rounded solutions. -Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to provide precise and competitive estimates. -Proficient with data base estimating digitizer computerize estimating software; Edge Estimating Software experience required. -5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation, with a strong track record of working with clients. Any equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Power point, Word. -Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. -Ability to provide clear instructions and effectively explain problems or situations. -Comprehensive understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance, manufacturers requirements for warranty and industry standards.
