What You Bring

-Proven ability to lead a team -Proficiency with MS Office software required -Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) -Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and effectively work in a collaborative environment -Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to practically apply best practices -Understands QA/QC procedures and basic business practices as well as laws related to engineering -Minimum 15 years’ progressive engineering experience required -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Completely familiar with and advocates for the company’s standards for quality control and compliance -Excellent knowledge of fundamentals in specialty areas -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred -Professional Engineer (PE) license required
