-Produce detailed construction document sets and coordinate specifications. -Lead multiple active projects from design through construction. -Support construction administration and project delivery. -Manage client communication and consultant coordination. -Oversee internal teams and mentor junior staff.

What You Bring

-Expertise in Revit and construction documentation. -MUST HAVE prior professional experience in retail, store, and/or rollout project experience. -Familiarity with specifications and consultant coordination. -Skilled in client engagement and presenting design solutions. -Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects, preferably in food & beverage. -Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. -Extensive experience in construction detailing. -Strong experience in architecture and retail projects. -Licensed architect proficiency required. -Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams concurrently.
