Tasks

-Conduct thorough reviews of technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during project handoff -Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise in project management and operational excellence to build team capability -Lead full-cycle project delivery—from planning and budgeting to scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management -Coordinate Eaton’s work around other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption -Leverage project management tools and software to track milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure on-site execution stays on course -Oversee financial performance through cost control, change order management, and risk mitigation -Implement strategic program-level changes and initiatives from the Strategic Operations team -Facilitate and lead project meetings, maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders -Collaborate with commercial operations, sales engineers, and technical support teams to align client expectations with project deliverables -Act as the primary on-site contact for all EESS-related activities throughout the project lifecycle -Manage project closeout activities including punch lists, issue resolution, warranty handoff, and transition to ownership -Partner with District Operations to promote and enforce safety initiatives across all job sites

What You Bring

-Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license. -OSHA 10 & 30 hour general industry or construction certification. -PMP or Commissioning Agent Certification -Proficiency in project management and construction industry software packages (Microsoft Project, ProCore, etc.) -Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H1B, H1-B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc. -5+ years managing electrical construction or commissioning projects as a project manager or construction manager, preferably large complex projects -High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum 10 years progressive experience in construction management, site supervision or project coordination, including at least 5 years leading electrical, industrial or general construction projects OR Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant construction management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role. -5+ years electrical field services experience -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or electrical engineering from an accredited university
