Manage full-cycle high-volume recruiting for Renuity's field roles.

Tasks
-Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including, but not limited to sourcing, resume review, prescreening, qualifying top candidates, submitting candidates for review, sending official offers, etc. -Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates -Ensure all candidates are communicated with regardless of their status to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience -Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview teams, consult with hiring managers to determine selection process and next steps -Maintain and update candidate databases and maintain a fluid talent pipeline -Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices -Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables -Attend job fairs and other community outreach events as requested

What You Bring
-Excellent time management and organizational skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (experience with Ashby and ADP is a plus). -Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure -1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role -Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish -High-volume recruitment to include sales, hospitality, food and beverage, and direct marketing representative hiring- preferred -Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members -Bachelor’s Degree -Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and error-free documents, emails, and reports
