Tasks

-Deliver a wide range of building surveying commissions, with a strong focus on dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence. -Act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality advice and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. -Support project work across commercial sectors including industrial, office, retail and independent living. -Represent the business professionally and consistently uphold their client-focused values. -Work closely with senior figures in the Manchester office, helping shape and develop a growing team. -Provide guidance and mentoring to junior surveyors. -Identify opportunities to support service growth and develop your own client relationships.
