-Support communal space upkeep and help ensure program activities run smoothly in a welcoming environment -Make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of young people and their families -Tutor and mentor youth (ages 6-14), while encouraging connection with older residents -Plan and host community events (e.g., seasonal celebrations, game nights) that bring together residents of all ages -Lead or assist with enrichment programs, including cooking, dance, arts & crafts, and more designed for youth and inclusive of older community members
