Overview
Lead maritime asset sustainment, overseeing engineering, maintenance, supply and optimisation for the Royal Australian Navy.

Tasks
-Lead strategic planning and team integration to meet contract objectives. -Act as Deputy Program Manager and support overall program delivery. -Provide senior leadership across Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Support, and Optimisation functions. -Facilitate sustainment stewardship and optimise total cost of ownership (TCO). -Foster a collaborative and transparent culture across KBR Maritime Sustainment program/s and Commonwealth stakeholders. -Drive continuous improvement and performance analysis initiatives. -Oversee asset sustainment and management services, ensuring alignment with contract requirements.

What You Bring
-Training in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), and maritime management. -Experience with Defence design delivery processes. -Eligible for Chartered Engineer status or membership in a recognised professional body. -10+ years in an engineering leadership role within Defence and/or Defence Industry -Project Management qualifications and 10+ years of project management experience. -Strong team leadership, coordination, and cross-disciplinary knowledge. -Experience in maritime asset optimisation, including ILS and LSA, and managing Tier 1 maritime sustainment services. -Experience working with DSwMS and ensuring technical integrity of maritime materiel. -Degree in Engineering, or equivalent senior management experience.
