Tasks

-Manage client relationships. -Generate written reports -Perform field inspections of industrial equipment (storage tanks, pressure vessels, and piping systems). -Generate calculations in accordance with API, ASME, STI, etc.

What You Bring

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD -Strong leadership skills and ability to work unsupervised -Must be proficient with reports, especially Excel Spreadsheets and similar formats. -High School Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Structural Engineering or closely related field preferred. -Plant engineering experience -Ability to write reports detailing assessments and results -Must have API 570 and any additional API certs (API 510/653) preferred including NDT experience and additional NDT certs . -Strong organizational skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power-point, AutoCAD -Process improvement experience -Applicants must pass a drug screen and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. -“U.S. Persons” Only: A requirement of this position is access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”). This information is collected solely for purposes of complying with U.S. export control requirements and will not be used to unlawfully discriminate in the hiring process. -Industrial inspection, operations, and maintenance experience -Must be local to the Upstate New York or willing/able to relocate to the area. -Ability to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures. -8-10 years’ experience in mechanical reliability, tank/vessel/piping inspections, or design and MI program management. -Ability to multi-task and work in a growing environment -Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
