Tasks
-Lead and manage contractor relationships to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and customer satisfaction -Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement service enhancements -Oversee contract budgets, ensuring financial control and value for money across all service areas -Monitor and report on contractor performance against agreed KPI's, driving accountability and continuous -Resolve contractual disputes and complaints efficiently, maintaining a focus on fair outcomes and service continuity

What You Bring
-You’ll work core hours between 08:30 to 16:30 with flexibility built in -Strong knowledge of housing, building legislation and compliance -Experience of managing contractors and resolving disputes -Confidence using data to drive decisions and performance -The latest power tools supplied, so just bring your own hand tools. -An experienced people manager -A RICS or CIOB degree accredited Building Surveying degree or similar qualification, or strong equivalent experience built up through your working profession (that can be evidenced)
