What You Bring

-Willing to learn new skill sets and cross train in different job functions -Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment -Must be willing to work overtime as needed -Have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED) -Must be experienced with all types of Fabrication Machinery (Brakes, Shears, Spot Welders, Swaging and Beading Machines, Rollers, Iron Workers, Drill Presses and various hand tools) -Must be able to lift 50lbs -Must have good attendance -Must have the ability to read and interpret blue prints -*** Pass the welding test *** -Must be experienced in MIG & TIG welding (Certifications are preferred) -Use Critical Thinking when making decisions -Must be able to prioritize work load and take direction as needed
