Tasks

-Represent Ventia in client engagements, demonstrating credibility and thought leadership in SHEQ matters -Oversee incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve SHEQ systems and plans -Lead and mentor a team of SHEQ Business Partners and operational leaders, enhancing capability and embedding best practices -Provide strategic direction and expert advice on SHEQ matters to internal stakeholders and clients

What You Bring

-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills -Demonstrated experience in a senior SHEQ management role -Ability to lead dispersed teams and manage competing priorities effectively -In-depth knowledge of New Zealand SHEQ legislation and its practical application -Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational support
