Tasks

-Research and interpret a variety of financial results and indicators. This includes capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, and financial statements. -Aid in the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. -Discuss budgets with management and council on matters such as effective use of resources and the underlying forecasts. -Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and act as a trusted advisor to the business leaders. Review the portfolio’s financial life to help clients identify what future goals should be. -Work within broad guidelines and policies. -Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. -Conduct special studies as assigned to support senior management. -Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. -Compile and review budgetary and fiscal data from a variety of sources to prepare revenue balance statements and historical comparisons. -Create and manage the business and financial strategy. -Complete a basic evaluation of records, both present and past, to project future revenue and expenses. This includes operations, trends, costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. -Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

What You Bring

-Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. -Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. -Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,. -Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
