What You Bring

Our client needs an experienced Energy Strategy Manager to lead power upgrade projects across multiple European sites, enabling the rollout of one of the largest EV fleets and charging networks globally. This role is critical to ensuring infrastructure readiness for electrification, delivered on time and within budget, while driving sustainability impact at scale. -Intermediate–Advanced Electrical Grid / EV Infrastructure Knowledge – Power upgrades, EV charging, electrical basics. -Advanced Program/Project Management – Multi-site infrastructure, budgets, timelines, vendor oversight. -Advanced Stakeholder & Leadership Communication – Influence across internal teams and external utilities/vendors.
