We need you to wind tenders with precision and smart solutions. -Challenge assumptions and utilize a "scrappy" approach to find innovative, cost-effective methodologies aligned with our Modular Building Technology (MBT) focus. -Leverage your deep construction understanding on building structures to validate estimates, propose value engineering solutions, and flag potential buildability risks before we bid. -Drive the standardization and scaling of estimation processes to match our "Scale is Magic" core value. -Speeding up construction: Revolutionise construction timelines, transforming months into hours, unlocking the potential for rapid deployment of homes, schools, and essential infrastructure. -Intuitive assembly: Design building blocks that snap together seamlessly, akin to LEGO®, empowering individuals with user-friendly construction experiences.

You will own the entire pre-construction cost lifecycle with a high-agency, nothing-is-someone-else's-problem approach. 🎯 M.B.T focus (Modular Building Technology) 🔥 Intense and scrappy -Finishes: Internal and external finishes specific to prefab modular construction. -Expertise in cost analysis, BOQ preparation, and rate derivation across all facets of construction (Civil, Finishes, MEP, and Structure). -A Team Spirit mentality—the ability to collaborate effectively with Design, Engineering, and Procurement teams. -Demonstrate advanced skill in rate analysis across the full spectrum of building components: -Exceptional analytical skills and an innate drive for urgency and high-quality output. -Factory-born precision: Envision modular systems born in controlled factory environments, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and precision in every block. -Proven experience as an Estimation Lead or Senior Estimator, with specific, expert experience in PEB and/or LGSF projects. -MEP: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems integration within the modular build. -Prefab/Structure: Primary/secondary steel, cladding, modular panels.
