Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resourcing, and risk management to ensure successful outcomes across quality, cost, and schedule parameters.
Oversee the design and review of complex civil systems, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility servicing, road design, and municipal infrastructure.
Mentor and support the professional growth of engineers, EITs, and technologists through coaching and performance feedback.
Represent Ecora professionally at client meetings, community engagements, and industry events, enhancing our visibility and reputation.
Review and seal engineering drawings, reports, and technical deliverables, maintaining professional responsibility for quality and accuracy.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture aligned with Ecora’s values.
Provide strategic direction, leadership, and oversight for major civil infrastructure projects from concept through delivery.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in collaboration with the leadership team.

15+ years
Strong understanding of Canadian civil engineering standards, municipal guidelines (e.g., MMCD), and regulatory processes.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
15+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including project management and leadership roles within a consulting environment.
Group RRSP matching
Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD, and HEC-RAS.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
