Tasks

-Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing requirements and providing strategic inputs. -Manage and deliver urban development projects, ensuring superior quality, compliance and timely execution. -Apply planning tools including GIS, for spatial analysis, mapping, and project decision-making. -Contribute to business development through preparation of technical proposals, concept notes, and technical presentations. -Draft high-quality reports, policy briefs, and presentations for stakeholders. -Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate urban, environmental, and infrastructure perspectives. -Undertake research and analysis for Spatial / Physical Planning, Urban Infrastructure – Strategic / Feasibility, Climate Change, Environment and Disaster Strategic planning, Housing and Site Development / Special Area Development.

What You Bring

We are looking for a dynamic Urban Planner with 2–5 years of professional experience to be part of our core team. The role involves managing urban development assignments, working closely with government and donor clients and contributing to business development. -Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills. -Experience of business development such as preparation of technical proposal. -Good understanding of planning tools; knowledge of statistical/data analysis tools will be an advantage. -2–5 years of relevant experience in urban planning or consulting, preferably with exposure to large-scale assignments. -Master’s degree in Urban Planning / Regional Planning or related discipline from a recognized institution. -Demonstrated experience in managing government projects. -Proven ability in client engagement and relationship management. -Experience in environment and sustainability-related projects will be considered an asset.
