Tasks

-Swiftly address conflicts or concerns. -Provide additional cleaning in or around the facility. -Complete various administrative duties such as room rental reservations, program registrations and answering phones. -Collecting tickets at the door of theater, helping guest find seats, etc. -Occasional travel may be required. -Gate Access: Greet residents, prospective residents and guests, ensure all guests are registered properly. -This job operates in a clubhouse setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. -Provide tours of the facility. -Tactfully enforce community policies. -Provide a highly visible presence in and around the facility.

Requirements

• admin experience
• lift 15lbs

-Ability to lift up to 15 lbs -High school diploma. -Prior administrative experience.
