Coordination between project managers of sites. Arrangement of staff/Labour at sites. Coordinate with the client and handling client meeting and projects. Daily follow up for reports from sites. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Coordination between project managers of sites and handling multiple sites. Scheduling & monitoring for site mobilization.
