Tasks

-Supervise and mentor accounting team members, promoting professional development and process excellence. -Lead preparation and submission of annual Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS) in compliance with FAR and CAS requirements. -Provide training and guidance to management and staff on FAR and CAS compliance, cost allowability, and documentation standards. -Establish, maintain, and monitor accounting procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policy. -Develop, implement, and maintain indirect rate structures, models, and reconciliations to support accurate billing and project costing. -Design and implement financial models, forecasting tools, and automation processes to improve accuracy and efficiency in rate development and reporting. -Serve as liaison with DCAA, DCMA, and external auditors , managing audit responses, negotiations, and supporting documentation. -Partner with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
