-Design, update, and adapt course materials to reflect the latest Siemens technologies and industry developments. -Collaborate closely with Siemens product experts and business units to ensure excellence and innovation in course delivery. -Support customers in applying training outcomes to real-world challenges, -Deliver engaging and practical training courses to customers, partners, and internal teams.

What You Bring

-Strong background in automation with practical, up-to-date experience in programming, commissioning, or servicing industrial automation systems within discrete and process manufacturing environments. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Experience in training delivery or a strong interest in developing as a trainer.
