Tasks

-Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. -Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development. -Provide regular status reports and quality metrics to stakeholders. -Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. -Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts. -Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for new and existing products. -Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution. -Continuously evaluate and improve testing tools, processes, and methodologies.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. -Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). -6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. -Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. -Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. -Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
