Coordinate technical info for housing projects, handling design, regulations and team liaison.

Tasks
-Brief, manage and drive the external consultants in the preparation and issue of production information to an agreed programme, fee and scope. -Ensure that working drawings are in accordance with the approved Planning Scheme and ensure discharge of planning conditions. -Provide technical support and guidance to our developments from both within the office and out in the field, responding to site requests and resolving technical queries. -Attend meetings at various stages of projects (Land/Technical hand-over, Project Meeting, Optimisation, Progression, Technical/Sales, Budget Meetings, etc.) -Oversee the NHBC/Building Regulations applications to approval. -Ensure that the Group Policy and Procedures are fully managed and controlled. -To monitor and control all production information in close liaison with the Commercial Department to ensure tight cost controls are kept and information produced in line with budget estimates. -Attend Subcontractor interviews and meetings where appropriate. -Attend site progress meetings and carry out site inspection. -Monitor and control the Professional Fees budget and update fee reports on monthly basis for incorporation into valuation meetings. -Oversee preparation and approval of brochure plans, conveyance plans and sales area drawings -Issuing drawings and information for construction purposes. -Prepare all architectural information including non-standard house type working drawing, site layouts, material layouts, conveyance plans, sales arena drawings and technical details as required. -Respond to site queries and resolve technical/construction problems. -Take responsibility for all architectural job-running aspects on allocated developments.

What You Bring
-Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. -The ability to get on with people together with communication, meeting and management skills essential in dealing with multi-disciplined teams. -Excellent communicator at all different levels, internally and externally, with a high attention to detail. -A competent level of relevant IT skills including using AutoCAD/Revit. -The ability to recognise problems and deal with them in a speedy and effective manner. -A working knowledge of both house and apartment construction, Building Regulations, NHBC, Party Wall Awards and associated legislation connected with the construction industry. -The ability to set tasks and manage others. -Qualified as a Architectural Technologist or at a Construction related degree level or HNC/HND in a built environment subject with relevant experience.
