Tasks

-Welcoming and registering visitors (preparing meeting rooms, access cards if needed, meal orders, etc.) -Booking travel arrangements for management team members. -Preparing, assisting with compiling, proofreading, and editing reports, presentations, organizational charts, or any other relevant documents. -Supporting the administrative assistants team during peak workloads or vacation periods. -Preparing internal communications.
