Tasks

-Stay current with BASIX legislation changes and best-practice sustainability standards. -Complete BASIX assessments and produce accurate BASIX and NatHERS certificates for all projects. -Recommend design adjustments to improve energy and water efficiency while maintaining buildability and customer preferences. -Liaise with internal teams including Drafting, Design, Sales, and Estimating to ensure timely and compliant documentation. -Review architectural plans to ensure compliance with BASIX, NatHERS, NCC, and relevant environmental performance standards. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and sustainability outcomes across the business. -Maintain organised electronic records of all assessments and certificates, adhering to version control processes.
