Tasks

-Collaborate with the military sales team to ensure strategic alignment with the priorities of U.S. military Services. -Lead cross-functional teams to create proposals and execute partnership agreements. -Identify opportunities, build business cases, and develop proposals for PBL, PPPs, Depot Activations, and Partnerships with U.S. Government Services and other Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders. -Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and other relevant policies by working closely with Eaton's functions responsible for these requirements. -Ensure partnership goals align with Eaton’s objectives and the strategic priorities of the Air Force, Navy, and Army. -Develop the strategic roadmap for expanding Eaton’s activities in Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), Depot Activations, and Partnerships. -Oversee the lifecycle of PBL, PPPs, Depot Activations, and Partnerships initiatives from concept through execution and evaluation. -Negotiate and manage agreements for PBL, PPPs, Depot Activations, and Partnerships. -Monitor performance metrics and report outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Bachelors degree from an accredited institution -1157, or (iv) asylee under 8U.S.C. -Financial/business acumen with the ability to see both the big picture as well as smaller details -Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace & defense aftermarket program/project management, business development, or strategy deployment -Minimum 5 years of experience within a complex, multinational organization -This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. -Ability to access/gain access to US Military locations and bases -Track record of building and executing complex military proposals, preferably PBL, PPPs, and other Partnerships -PMP certification a plus -Security Clearance a plus -Project and proposal management experience -Ability to navigate internal organizations on complex projects to gain buy-in and support -Strong communication and collaboration skills
