Overview

Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects, coordinating designs and documentation.

Tasks

-Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations based on project requirements. -Quality Control: Ensure all BIM models and drawings adhere to company standards and project specifications. -Design Coordination: Assist in the coordination of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. -Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, project managers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects. -BIM Modeling: Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and other BIM software. -Project Support: Provide support in various phases of project development, including design, documentation, and construction.

What You Bring

-Technical Skills: Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and best practices. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. -Building Codes Knowledge: Awareness of building codes and regulations. ( Optional ) -Experience in coordinating with multiple disciplines on complex projects. -Experience: 1-2 years of experience in BIM modeling and architectural design. -AutoCAD Proficiency: Competence in AutoCAD for drafting and documentation. Beginner to Mid level. -Coordination Experience: Experience in coordinating with multiple disciplines on complex projects. -Knowledge of building codes and regulations. -Software Proficiency: Utilize BIM software to create and update 3D models, clash detection, and quantity takeoffs. -Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in creating and managing BIM models. ( Optional ) -Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Navisworks Knowledge: Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and model review. Beginner to Mid level. -BIM Principles: An understanding of BIM principles, standards, and best practices. -Other BIM Software: Familiarity with other BIM-related software tools. Beginner to Mid level. -1-2 Years of Experience: Prior experience in BIM modeling and architectural design is preferred . -Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. -Experience with parametric modeling and family creation in Revit. -Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software. -Time Management: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. -Revit Proficiency: Good skills in Revit for BIM modeling and design coordination. Beginner to Mid level. -Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. -Verbal and Written: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. -Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required. -Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. -Parametric Modeling: Experience with parametric modeling and family creation in Revit is preferred. ( Optional ) -Collaborative: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, supporting and coordinating with other disciplines.
