  • Must be able to get badged at a nuclear facility
  • Must be able to perform plant walkdowns
  • Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations is desired
  • Minimum of 10 years of power system design experience in the Nuclear or Power Industry
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to com pany and client policies.
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship.
  • Good writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in one of the following industries required: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial including chemical or pulp & paper, and government (DOE) projects
  • Familiar with concrete and steel design codes and with working stress and ultimate strength design approaches
  • Knowledge of discipline-specific computer analysis codes as well as standard office production software
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Structural Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent training, education and experience
  • ENERCON Federal Services (EFS)
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
  • Candidates who have mentorship experience or a desire to mentor early to mid career engineers preferred
  • Familiar with the International Building code and building code design
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
